Want to be part of the Zombie Apocalypse? In order to overthrow them we must first get inside their minds!
Whether you want to breed zombies or fight them or just act like one, come out from your houses or up from your graves or wherever and act like a zombie on Saturday, August 15th. There’s hardly anything more fun in the world than walking like a zombie.
Official route TBA, but we’ll be starting at 1 pm in the graveyard at Camp Hill, then off through the gardens, down Spring Garden, to the boardwalk (but probably not on it), then end up back at the Old Burying Ground on Barrington (St. Paul’s Cemetary) for a sweet zombified gathering.
Even though we’re zombies, we have to follow regular people rules (blah!) like:
-no jaywalking
-no smashing things or other violent acts
-no eating of actual brains (unless you bring them, I guess)
-no spilling or smearing your blood and guts on anyone or anyone’s stuff
-not scaring the little children or old ladies
Following these rules will allow us to peacefully co-exist with the humans (so we can win them over and eventually eat their brains) and allow us to do this again in 2010.
Please invite all the zombies you know so we can make this the largest zombic gathering Halifax has ever seen!
